As we were walking back to his place he put his arm around my shoulders. I was too polite to tell him to get your heavy arm off my shoulders because you're making me walk funny. I guess the normal response would've been to put my right arm around his waist but the prideful side of me said no, if you do that he'll think he got you and you can't let him "have you" so easily like that.
He eventually took his arm down because either he felt rejected by my unwillingness to put my arms around him or it became uncomfortable for his arm.

If he miraculously follows through this week and we actually do have lunch, three things have to go down:
1. Tell him that F and I broke up but we are still friends.
2. Ask him if HE has a girlfriend. If he does, he will be easier to give up on.. sorta.
3. If he does't have one, see his reaction to my new singledom and wait VERY patiently for him to call me again.
4. If he doesn't call within 2 weeks and they cannot find me a new position within the company, leave my current position and find a new place to work.
I cannot make a move on him first. I just can't. If he has any sort of feelings for me, he should be man enough to say something. I've been constantly initiating lunch with him, he should feel like I can be approachable. That there might be a chance for him.
If he doesn't feel anything then I can't do anything. I have to give up. He'll be forever the one that got away. I will move to another company and hopefully the fact that I have no way of contacting him will help me get over him and maybe I'll meet someone else?
